About ATI-Net Work Order System

At ATI-Net, we are continuing to improve our productivity for our clients.  We strive to keep our clients informed and satisfied with our progress with their web sites.  To improve our productivity we have developed an on-line Work Order System.

The on-line Work Order System will have the following features:

      v     Be able to submit work orders with attachments on-line

v     Be able to track department or project

v     Email confirmation when a project is assigned or completed

v     Project priority and the Developer assigned

v     24 hour access of project status and review

v     Security – only authorized personnel can request work orders

Our system will be able to track each update, design, site setups, and database projects as a work order.  This process will assist our clients in tracking the progress of their project at any time.
