Dear Faculty and Staff of the Jordan College of Agricultural Sciences and Technology,

Due to the ITS reorganization that took place over the summer of 2010, all requests for computer or phone technical support now need to go through the campus help desk by calling 278-5000 or going to: https://help.csufresno.edu/forms/general-request.php

I will continue to be the main technical support person for the college and will be assisted by students and ITS help desk staff.

When a help desk service ticket is entered, you will recieve an automated e-mail. Please keep this e-mail as you may need to refer back to the ticket number if you experience any problems or need to enquire about the status.

Please note that the Help Desk has also been reorganized and the goal is to provide you with the highest quality of service. Please let me know if you experience any problems with the help desk system.

The first semester of this new system may be a bit rocky as we all try to work out any unforeseen bugs. I greatly appreciate your patience with this new system and encourage any feedback as to how we can improve.

I also ask that you please give me at least a week’s notice for any items that will need to be setup in advance or any projects. The more advance notice on your part will ensure your needs are met on time.
